Bio:
Prince and Stephanie Taitt have faithfully led the Couple’s Ministry at Faith and Life Fellowship Ministries (FLFM) since 2021, passionately committed to restoring, enriching, and strengthening marriages that glorify God. Their mission is to bring couples closer to God and to each other through biblical principles and real-life application, building united families, thriving children, stronger churches, and healthier communities. Through countless facilitated events, workshops, and retreats, they create space for honest conversations and spiritual growth among married, engaged, and seriously dating couples.Prince, a Florida A&M University graduate in Industrial Engineering, and Stephanie, with a background in Accounting and Auditing, bring both professional excellence and lived experience to their ministry. Their strengths in leadership, communication, and financial stewardship help couples tackle everyday challenges with faith and wisdom. Having walked through seasons of loss and health struggles, their testimony reflects God’s grace and resilience. Together, they also lead PST Evolution Group, promoting financial literacy for families. Now preparing to host their 4th Annual Couple’s Retreat, the Taitts remain devoted to helping couples build strong, lasting, and God-centered marriages.
Dr. Manoushka (Mia) Saintil
Founder, Annew Way, LLC (Guest Speaker)
Bio:
Dr. Manoushka Saintil is a U.S. Army veteran, award-winning educator, and the Founder/CEO of Annew Way, LLC, with over two decades of experience empowering families through education, therapy, and public service. Holding a Doctorate in Psychology and a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, she brings deep expertise in human behavior and family dynamics. As Delinquency Court Administrator for Broward County, she coordinates multi-agency efforts to rehabilitate at-risk youth, demonstrating her dedication to holistic care and community growth. A mother of three, featured speaker, and recognized leader, Dr. Saintil is passionate about helping individuals and families build healthier, more meaningful lives.
Karimah Cornelius-Stith, M.A., LCPC, CST, CSAM
Founder, New Reflections Therapeutic Services (Guest Speaker)
BIO:
Karimah Cornelius-Stith is a licensed psychotherapist, AASECT-certified sex therapist, certified anger management specialist, and founder of New Reflections Therapeutic Services. With over 20 years of experience, she supports individuals, couples, and families through a faith-rooted, culturally sensitive lens. A proud St. Croix native and magna cum laude graduate of the University of the Virgin Islands, Karimah earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her work spans therapy, supervision, research, and community leadership, including co-authoring a published study on stress and internalized racism in women. Since moving to the D.C. area in 2007, she has provided therapy and founded initiatives like Touch, Talk, Trust, The Self Love Society, and the Building Bridges Couples Intensive, offering practical tools to deepen intimacy and emotional healing. Karimah’s mission is anchored in her Christian faith as she empowers others to reconnect, heal, and thrive in their most meaningful relationships.
